Ancient Algae is a Limited fish found in Algae Hunts during the Golden Tide event.
Ancient Algae was a Limited fish obtainable during the Tides of Gold event, caught in Algae Pool's when they spawned near Ancient Isle, signaled by a server notification that appeared at the top of the player's screen. When hooked, a popped above the player's head, and a bell sound played - as with all Limited Fish.
