Dr Glimmerfin was formerly an NPC exclusive to the Golden Tide event, who could be found near the Shipwright at Moosewood's Beach. After Version 1.16, they were re-added at The Laboratory as a permanent NPC, where he could be found located centrally to the upper platform, adjacent to a large whiteboard. After Version 1.19 until now, he was moved to the Submarine Depot at The Laboratory, where he serves as the primary NPC to begin the Submarine Construction progression in Marianas Veil.

Find them at The Laboratory (GPS -1320, 130, 300).
