The Submarine is a Boat obtained from Dr Glimmerfin at the Submarine Depot with the code: TEMPORARYSUBMARINE to obtain the parts It has a top speed of 180 S/ps, 70° of steering, and an acceleration of 0.3 S/ps. Additionally, it can accommodate 4 passengers.
The Submarine is a boat that has been released during the Mariana's Veil Update. It needs to be crafted with a Drill which Dr. Glimmerfin gives you at the The Laboratory, which is located near Roslit Bay.

Obtainment
The Submarine can be crafted at The Laboratory(In lab another quest NOT for submarine someone pls change). To do so, you must speak to Dr. Glimmerfin and he will hand you a Drill. Then drill a few rocks for the following parts: Back Fins Metal Panel Side Fins Submarine Top Window If you have gotten the parts, head to the Submarine, then hold out a part, then click or hold the button that appears. After you attached all parts, talk to Dr. Glimmerfin and you will enter the cutscene of a beacon being shot into the ocean at Roslit Hamlet. The sub marine will appear behind the area and you may drive down to Mariana's Veil.
Trivia
The Submarine is the only way to enter Mariana's Veil, due to it being the only vehicle that can go underwater. It has the same speed as the Jetski. The submarine parts cannot be sold or traded. There is currently a glitch where if a player jumps off the Submarine in the Volcanic Vents, Challenger's Deep or the Calm Zone entrance, the player will be tossed above the air and drop into the water or if the Driver jumps. This will kill the player(s) instantly due to the water making them drown faster. Crashing into something in a submarine can be quite annoying, due to it being a struggle for the player to become unstuck. There is a bug where the Submarine when you hold descend or ascend too long the Submarine's controls might get stuck, which makes it annoying and wasting time. Use code "TEMPORARYSUBMARINE" to get the Submarine parts, currently the obsidian rocks are bugged and will not spawn
