The Brine Sovereign is a Exotic hunt fish obtainable in Brine Pool. It moves erratically across the fishing bar. When reeling it in, -80% Progress Speed is applied. When hooked, a pops above the player's head and a shimmering sound is played - as with all Exotic fish.
