Broken Scylla is a Special fish found in any body of water during the MEGA MAYHEM, MADNESS, and Glitchstorm Admin Events.
The Broken Scylla is a Special fish located during the "Glitchstorm" Admin Event. Due to it's rarity, it makes for an extremely difficult catch, moving erratically across the bar. When reeling it in, -105% Progress Speed is applied. The only way to catch this fish are through using methods that boost Progress Speed such as the Piercing/Chaotic Enchantments, or rods with progress boosts such as Astralhook Rod's starfall passive. When hooked, a will pop above the player's head, and a shimmering sound is played - as with all Special fish.

The Broken Scylla is speculated to have been a mistake by the developers in the process of making the Scylla model, or a model made by the devs playing around. It is the 2nd fish in the game able to reduce Progress Speed in some way, the first, ironically, being the normal Scylla with its "bite" ability. It is the hardest fish to catch in the game, even beating the Singularity in terms of difficulty.
