Starfall is a nighttime weather event in Fisch. It can occur naturally or be summoned with a Starfall Totem at night; stars fall from the sky and fishing gains event-specific effects.
How to get it
Wait for Starfall to begin naturally at night, or use a Starfall Totem during the night.

What changes during Starfall
Stars fall during the event. The Fisch Wiki lists a 10% chance for the Nova mutation and a 10% bonus to true progress speed during this weather. Starfall also allows the Cerulean Fang Rod to be purchased in Luminescent Cavern.
Timing
Starfall is a night event. The wiki says it may occur naturally or be summoned with a Starfall Totem only at night, and that a Sundial Totem cannot skip it.
