The Frost Moon is a weather exclusive to Fischmas 2025 which unlocks many things during it. Note that the Frost Moon can occasionally spawn naturally, or you can spawn it with a Frost Moon Totem (preferred way) Or if you don't wanna spend 5,000 bells, you can get it with a Weather Matrix. During a Frost Moon, you have a 1/150 chance to catch an Essence of Starfrost, which is needed to open the Cryoshock Cellar.
