Obtainment
The Cerulean Fang Rod is obtainable after unlocking Luminescent Cavern. To spawn in this rod, it must be a Starfall. The rod is on the west side of Luminescent Cavern, resting on a tree, costing 800,000C$. You must be level 400 to purchase it. It is recommended to use the Starfall Totem obtained from fallen stars or the Black Market for 250,000C$
Passives
40% chance every fish movement of slashing the reeled in fish, giving +8% progress. +15% progress speed boost, which is useful for catching fish with high progress speed. 15% chance to apply the mutation Nova (6x).
