Champions Rod

RodsFisch90K C$

Overview[1]

The Champions Rod is a Stage Fishing Rod obtained in Atlantis for 90,000 C$.

The Champions Rod is one of the many rods that were added following the Atlantis update. Right off the bat, the Rod has amazing mid-game stats but lacks a passive. This Rod is a more expensive counterpart to the Depthseeker Rod. However, it does beat it in a few aspects, primarily its and its. With above average stats, the Rod is highly worth it, although being twice as expensive than its competitor, the Depthseeker Rod, it beats it, for catching harder fish, despite it being one of the cheapest rods to buy in Atlantis,it is great for general usage since its buff. Its most notable stat is its max weight, along with its high for its price. It has a very high, having the 3rd largest catch bar in the game.

Obtainment

The Champions Rod can be purchased for. It is located next to the Inn Keeper at Atlantis around the spawn area.

Enchanting

These are the two best enchants for the Champions Rod. Hasty for an instant hook. Immortal or Divine for luckier catches. You can use Divine enchantment as it is enough to make the rod powerful which can catch many exotics (If you catch Blue Whale or Scylla, the weight would be up to 200,000 kg or 200 tons as the maximum)

Notes

If you're going to use Hasty, the best Bait is Night Shrimp due to the rod already having high, although its mostly preference. This rod's line is really short. This can be fixed using Long enchant, but is generally not recommended, as Hasty is better. After Arctic rod's nerf, this rod is significantly better and recommended to get as a mid-game rod despite the difference, although the Depthseeker Rod does seem to be the new Arctic Rod, debateably better than the Champions Rod. If you're having difficulty in catching difficult fishes like Megalodons or Krakens, you can go for this rod due to its high control and resilience. If you're looking for a cheaper rod with good stats, Depthseeker Rod is a bit better.

What does this mean?

Fisch's in-game currency. A fish's value is its documented average sell price in C$ — what it sells for at its average weight. A rod's value is its documented shop cost. Both are in-game facts from the community wiki, not a trading consensus. Values are not comparable across games.
