Ghoul is a Special fish found in any body of water during the Spectral Tide, MADNESS, Semi Chaos, MAYHEM, MEGA MAYHEM, and Pure Chaos Admin Events.
The Ghoul is a Special fish located during the "Spectral Tide" admin event. Due to it's rarity, it makes for an extremely difficult catch, moving erratically across the bar. When reeling it in, -95% progress speed is applied. When hooked, a will pop above the player's head, and a shimmering sound is played - as with all Special fish.

Fish it up around: "Spectral Tide" admin event. Weather: Foggy.

Appearance
Like a typical ghost but evil; a translucent being with two black eyes, rounded underneath and flat up top, forming pointed evil eyes, it also has a dark, elongated body. Similar to the Ghost, only more evil looking; more elongated, darker colored and with pointed evil eyes.
