Sparkling Ghost Minnow
Ghost's event quest asked for one Ghost Minnow with the Sparkling attribute. Catching an ordinary Ghost Minnow did not satisfy the recorded request; the NPC's dialogue checked for the sparkling version before accepting it.
Event reward
The official NPC article records a reward of 440 Candy after handing over the Sparkling Ghost Minnow. Ghost is marked removed, so this is not a currently repeatable Candy source.
