The Amulet is a miscellaneous equipment that keeps the player from decaying while in Oscar's Locker.
The Amulet is an Exotic item given after completing Dead Man Joe's quest.
How to get it
Find them at The Sanctum (GPS 4338, -2704, -4665).

Obtainment
Talk to Dead Man Joe in Forsaken Shores. Then finish his dialogue and go to Grand Reef. The player will find the Amulet under a broken boat on the island. After found, the player needs to return to Dead Man Joe and trigger the dialogue. Once he tells the player the rest of his dialogue, he will give the player the place to use the Amulet at.
Purpose
The Amulet grants the player access to Oscar's Locker.
