Nightmare Skeletal Nessie
The event request specifically required a Skeletal Nessie carrying the Nightmare mutation. Dusekkar's dialogue checked for that catch before completing the quest; an ordinary Skeletal Nessie did not meet the documented requirement.
Event reward
The official NPC page lists 8,000 Candy for completing Dusekkar's request. The character is marked removed along with the FischFright 2 event, so the reward is historical.
