Overview[1][2]
Octophant is a Limited fish found in Octophant Hunts in the Second Sea.

It was a hard catch, moving erratically across the fishing bar, while inflicting a -95% progress speed when being reeled. Trivia
It is the 8th Limited fish to have its own hunt. Like the Sea Leviathan, it appears on the screen with a purple chat message when spawning it in. Though, you can spawn this using Tempest Totem's with the Windset Totem or Smokescreen Totem.
