Jack Marrow is an NPC who provides a service which allows the player to fix their Treasure Map for a price of 250 C$. They can be found in a small cave overlooking the bay. The Scurvy Rod can be purchased to his immediate right.
Captain Jack Marrow is an NPC found at Forsaken Shores inside the Eye of the Skull. Treasure Maps are fixed by him for 250C$ C$ each. Once repaired, the treasure map will have the full set of coordinates in order to find a treasure chest, to find the chest you need a GPS that can be bought at Moosewood or at Mushgrove Swamp costing 100C$ C$. Like with all interactive NPCs, the player has to hold the treasure map for him to repair it.

Find them at Forsaken Shores (GPS -2830, 215.2, 1518).
