Illusioned Shadow is an NPC located at Boreal Pines. They only appear during a Foggy Night if the player has the Forest quest from Simon active and is holding a Moonstone. They can be found sitting on the arch above the Merchant's cabin, but only become visible when the player is within close proximity.
How to get it
Find them at Boreal Pines (GPS 21948, 378, 4183).
