Phineas is a tutorial NPC who resides at Moosewood Village. They can be found between the Merchant and Angler, teaching new players the importance of using bait. Phineas' quest gives 20 Bait Crates as a reward.
Phineas is an early-game NPC located at Moosewood, and offers the player the 'Phineas' Bait Quest'. He can be found near the Moosewood Angler, and offers a reward very useful for beginning players.
How to get it
Find them at Moosewood (GPS 470, 150, 275).

Note
The player can fish in anywhere, as long as the player are using bait., etc. does not count as completion of the quest.
When you have finished the quest:
The text: Phineas Bait Quest was completed!' will appear. Then head back to Phineas and talk to him: Then the flollowing text will appear: [You have received 20x bait crates] will appear, as any other item you collect. After that you will also see [Completed Phineas' Bait Quest(#2)!] Category:Moosewood
