Obtainment
Plaguereaver is a rod which is obtainable from the Plagued Reaper, located in Toxic Grove once all 4 of his fulfillments are met.
Passives
15% chance for Plagued (10x) A falling sword appears at the start of the reeling minigame, giving +40% Progress. 2% chance per fish movement to stab for +20% progress, stunning the fish for 5 seconds. Note: Plaguereaver has a hard limit on control, which caps at 0.6.
Enchanting
Scavenger to improve odds of catching a Rotten Seed. Fractured + Tryhard to gain a huge Progress Speed buff. Hasty to compensate the slow lure speed. Swift Might + Sanctified + Twisted for +90% progress speed, 10% forced progress speed, + 10% true progress speed. Including the starting passive, this gives a total of 165% progress speed + 10% forced and true. This catches almost any non progress locked fish instantly.
