Overview[1]

Star Rage is a playable character in Jujutsu Shenanigans — Unrestricted Density.

Star Rage is the 12th character and 2nd base-only that was added to Jujutsu Shenanigans. Star Rage is based off of Yuki Tsukumo, a character from Jujutsu Kaisen. To read about their backstory, expand the collapsible below. (SPOILERS FOR JUJUTSU KAISEN ANIME) Yuki Tsukumo is a supporting character from Jujutsu Kaisen and a special grade sorcerer who mentored Aoi Todo. She can add virtual mass to herself or her shikigami Garuda to increase the lethality of her attacks without affecting herself (below a certain limit) using her Star Rage technique, hence the title: "Star Rage".

Tips & Misc

Garuda Rebound's variant is a very effective combo extender for other moves due to its long range and ragdoll trajectory, while also allowing you to use a move without it going on cooldown. It can also be "parried" by blocking when it's about to land, causing it to get deflected back to the user who can also re-parry it back as well. Mass Breaker doesn't lose momentum when used from ledges and can hit enemies midair, meaning it can combo off of Garuda Rebound or Rising Rage if you are able to aim properly. This is a great way to bypass its long startup, as it can be easily countered if used out of 3 M1s. It's very easy for Star Rage to bypass neutral play with the slowed down version of Garuda Rebound, being able to threaten a full combo as you approach the enemy. When attempting to grab someone for Unrestricted Density, the user is suscpetible to counters. This is because the grab itself counts as a melee attack, and will trigger all in game counters along with any finishers they have. Due to this, a few counters can negate this Awakening, such as Head Splitter as it ends up beheading you. Others will just knock you very far. When missing Garuda Rebound's mass charged hit, Garuda will ricochet on walls until it hits the target. It can stop if it reaches its maximum travel distance before contact with a wall though. Nonetheless, being in an area with tight spaces like a building or the station's train tracks can almost confirm the hit no matter what. Garuda can also ricochet after the finisher is landed, as it completely goes through the target.

Garuda Rebound's variant has negative knockback as setting the Knockback Multiplier to a negative number in the PS+ settings, most moves will attract the target towards you, but the second hit actually starts pushing them away. At random, Garuda Rebound's mass charged kick will play a voiceline of Isagi Yoichi from Blue Lock saying "MOVE IT." Its finisher uses the flash and sound effect of a parry from ULTRAKILL, just before the impact. The music that plays during Unrestricted Density is called Your Battle Is My Battle, a song from the first season of Jujutsu Kaisen's anime, composed by Hiroaki Tsutsumi and voiced by Chica. Initiating Unrestricted Density's grab will play Hunter's scream from Left 4 Dead 2. 's 2026 April Fools name (bass da da da) is based off the song Bass da da da. The name was chosen due to the edits surfacing around platforms, using the song in tandem with clips of nsnlxd's Yuki Tsukomo & Choso vs. Kenjaku video.
