Carrotini in Carrotini Brainini has the supposed origin of the word "Carro", is Portuguese and Spanish word for car, with an pseudo-Italian suffix in it. Therefore, its also called "Fuscão Cabeção". Before Carrotini Brainini was released, people speculated that the brainrot's appearance would be a carrot with a brain, since it includes those words naturally in English with pseudo-Italian suffix.
