Santa's Fuse released in Update 28, but Cooki and Milki was added in Update 27, and was obtainable from the Red Carpet. When the Santa Fuse was added, though, it was made so it was unable to spawn on the Red Carpet. Before the Santa's Fuse was released, Cooki and Milki could be obtained from the Red Carpet with a RoadWeight of 3.00E-13 (0.0000000000003).
