Dragon Aquanini is a Brainrot that is obtained in the Summer Fuse. Dragon Aquanini is a turquoise dragon with purple corals, starfishes, and barnacles adorning it. with yellowish spikes on head and nails on hands and feet.

Dragon Aquanini is the only Dragon Cannelloni reskin that has a unique animation, it flaps it's wings as normal for around 10 seconds, then flips around several times, almost like it's swimming. Dragon Aquanini is also the only Dragon Cannelloni reskin to flip around. Dragon Aquanini is one of the few Aqua brainrots not to be included in the Aquatic Index. This is due to the fact that Dragon Aquanini was released after the Aquatic Index was removed.
