Elefanto Frigo appears to be a light gray fridge with big and cute eyes, with a gray handle, a elephant trunk with a light gray and then gray color sequence with pair of tusk. Elefanto Frigo has two elephant ears with gray exterior and peach pink color interior, alongside some wine red lines. Elefanto Frigo also has two knees with the same color pattern as the trunk and two white feets.

Elefanto Frigo was confirmed in Roblox/Discord along with Dug dug dug. At the time of Elefanto Frigo's debut, barely anyone has this brainrot, because it required Tob Tobi Tobi, which almost nobody had back then since Tob Tobi Tobi being considered bad in income. Tob Tobi Tobi was also a rare Rarity=Mythic Fuse Machine exclusive, making it even harder to obtain. Furthermore, since Craft Machine was introduced after Fuse Machine, there's no way to obtain new Tob Tobi Tobi for crafting Elefanto Frigo. Crafting Elefanto Frigo was also considered not worth it, since the comparison between its income and its material income are $-600/s. As such, there's only 705 existing Elefanto Frigo. Out of them, there's only 18 Elefanto Frigos in the world with the Mutation, and only 1 Elefanto Frigo in the entire world that has a Mutation with it belonging to RbxJaye In the original meme, it is named Elefantino Frigorifero, although due to unknown reasons it is renamed in-game. Elefanto Frigo has been buffed 2 times, from $14K/s to $85M/s, and from $85M/s to $185M/s. This makes Elefanto Frigo go from the worst brainrot that starts with the letter "E" to the best brainrot that starts with the letter "E". Now, the worst brainrot that starts with the letter "E" is Espresso Signora. Elefanto Frigo design is inspired by a riddle "How to put an elephant in a fridge?". Elefanto Frigo is one of five buffed brainrots on Update 40. This Brainrot has the same stats as Hydra Bunny.
