Extinct Matteo has the same appearance as Matteo except he only wears half part of sunglasses akin to a monocle, due to his face being ripped in half. Most of his chest has been ripped out, showing his rib cage, and the skin on his left arm and right leg has fallen off, showing only the skeleton.

These three Brainrots can be gathered and given to Archaeologist Sammy to spawn La Extinct Grande.
While Extinct Tralalero and Extinct Ballerina are shown in SIGMA BOY x BRAINROT EXTINCTION, a music video that was released on 22 May 2025 which inspired the Extinct Event, Extinct Matteo is the only Extinct Brainrot that isn't shown in the music video.
', however, was shown in SIGMA BOY x BRAINROT EXTINCTION vol. 2 which was released on 30 September 2025, 17 days after Extinct Event was debuted at 13 September 2025.
