Gold Elf isn't a typical Brainrot, and instead of being a brainrot, it serves as a currency players collect to redeem select Brainrots from Santa's Shop. Upon claiming this Brainrot, the user receives. The Gold Elf was also (along with ) the only way to get a Christmas Spin, costing you 5 Gold Elves. It has a 1/500 (0.2%) chance of spawning in on the red carpet for every brainrot that spawns. Gold Elf has the appearance of a miniature elf, fitted with a standard elf outfit, and has its entire body covered in gold.

Trivia
Gold Elf is the first Brainrot to not be both inside the Index and to go inside players bases, since it is a currency instead a regular Brainrot. As such, Gold Elf is unstealable. When Gold Elf spawns, a server message will appear saying that a brainrot has spawned. Gold Elf is the only Brainrots that acts purely as currency.
