Granny was teased by after he said "rest in peace my granny she got hit by a bazooka", and then after said "should we hold a funeral for granny". Granny had a poll held for it, deciding whether or not this Brainrot will be in the game. The poll had a majority of "yes", so Sammy announced it will release. Granny is based off of a song by an artist called Miami XO titled "Bazooka" released in 2025, talking about how their grandma got hit by a bazooka. Granny has its own rare Trait that is be activated when it spawns. A Brainrot with Granny Trait has a smaller clone of Granny on its right side
