Karkerkar Kurkur is one of the few Brainrots that have a special path animation when spawning. Karkerkar Kurkur has a ritual where you can spawn Los Karkeritos by using 4 of these brainrots to start a musical chairs game. This is also the first brainrot to have itself an entire minigame for the ritual, and the one that doesn't summon a special biome. However, this ritual is currently broken. Karkerkar Kurkur is one of the only brainrots to have eyes shaped like ones from a human, with the others are Rang Ring Bus and Te Te Te Sahur. All of them are Indonesian Brainrots. If you look closely, the only thing that is moving in Karkerkar Kurkur are its eyebrows.
