Los Combinasionas is a baby version of La Grande Combinasion, and all of the brainrots except Trippi Troppi can be seen turning into baby counterparts. They can be seen sorted out in specific parts of the structure: In the right, a Los Tungtungtungcitos can be seen, beneath the baby version of Boneca Ambalabu. We see his counterpart to the right of him. In the middle, the wheel of a baby version of Boneca Ambalabu can be seen there. It's head can be seen above the Los Tungtungtungcitos. On the left, the cactus of a baby version of Lirili Larila can be seen, along with its head being above it, and it's clock besides it. Below the baby version of Lirili Larila, we see the brainrot Los Tralaleritos. One of them is being fused with the baby version of Lirili Larila, and the other one is to the left of the model. An unusual fin can be seen on the Tralalerito.

Trivia
Despite having the same income as Nuclearo Dinosauro and Chicleteira Noelteira, Los Combinasionas is cheaper, and also costs the same as Chicleteira Noelteira. Similar to the last one, despite it having the same income as Nuclearo Dinosauro, Secret is significantly more common. In the game's thumbnail, Los Combinasionas' name is spelt Los Combinations. Even though Los Combinasionas includes baby versions of Lirilì Larilà and Boneca Ambalabu, these two do not exist in-game separately. They are only in Los Combinasionas. Lirilì Larilà's clock in Los Combinasionas is yellow instead of gray. Los Combinasionas was originally planned to make $12.5M/s, but later it got swapped with $15M/s. Los Combinasionas does not have the legs from Trippi Troppi on it. Los Combinasionas has 2 reskins, those being Los Spooky Combinasionas and Los Jolly Combinasionas.
