To obtain him, you need to dig the grave, and there's a chance he would be spawned from it. An obtained Skull Skull Skull would automatically go onto your base. If you have a full base, and dig up Skull Skull Skull, he will instead go onto the Red Carpet. He is the first Brainrot variant that makes less than their original counterpart that is not Los brainrots. Skull Skull Skull is the only non-Aquatic Index Halloween brainrot obtainable outside of Halloween event, due to his obtain requirement was moved from Grave Event to Escape Tsunami LTM, held from 24/01/2026 at 3:00PM EST to 04/04/2026 at 5:00PM EST.
