Trickolino's original name is "Il Tomenoso Chachechi". Trickolino's sign is based off of a famous sign put on the table next to bowl of candy during Halloween. During Trick or Treat, visitor can take candy from the bowl, but only allowed to take one to ensure everyone who visiting received the treat. You also can infer that there are only very few candies in the bowl because the people who Trick or Treat-ing doesn't follow this rule shown on top of Trickolino.
