Description

The Crystallizer was an unreleased tower that was developed in 2022 that would be the Polluted Wasteland II reward tower. It was originally meant to be added as part of a second part to the update that added Polluted Wasteland II. Alongside it, a Polluted Wasteland II equivalent of the Hidden Wave would be added to it. It was never properly finished. The Crystallizer was a structure that could be placed on the ground. Once placed, it would spit out balls of acid onto the path, which would leave acidic crystals on the path which would be used to damage enemies. This means it was effectively a toxic based Trapper. With upgrades, the crystals would gain the ability to make enemies vulnerable for a few seconds, presumably making them receive more damage. Despite its similarities to the Trapper, the Crystallizer was a late-game oriented tower.
