Hayes is the first exclusive tower, unlocked from beating Halloween Havoc on Hard Mode or by purchasing his Gamepass in the Shop for 500 Robux (Or 300 during Event). He summons crows that seek and attack enemies across the entire map, attacking a certain number of times (as shown in their health bar) before dying.

Strategy
Due to Level 1 Hayes crows being slow and weak, combined with the fact only one can be active at a time, he is generally not worth using for the early game. Because the crows have infinite range, Hayes works best on long maps or maps with multiple paths, including Canyon Calamity, Alien Attack, Hideaway Hive, and Raid Maps. In such maps, Hayes is best placed either in the middle of the map or somewhere near the middle of the map, where he won't interfere too much with other towers' placement. Since Level 3-5 are expensive, Discount Dog is recommended. It is also advised to keep him away from Balloon Pal due to the fact he technically has no range stat, he is exclusively debuffed. Using Maitake on Hayes provides an insane DPS value, able to deal 224 DPS in max level on both towers, making this synergy the best to use against bosses.

Patch history
Hayes, Beebo, Bunny, Oddport, Wafer and El Goblino are the only towers that are not locked after beating the required maps. When bought with the Gamepass, Hayes gets an exclusive "Purple Hatsy" skin, the skin is likely a reference to the original colors of Hayes. Before the March 2024 Update, Hayes was the most expensive tower to fully upgrade, costing 25,150 in total. He was later dethroned by Nuki. Hayes is referred as "Scarecrow" in the pass section. This is because Roblox filters the tower's name.
