Appearance
The Laser Sword has a blue energy-like blade edge and a black grip handle, along with a blue ring around the shoulder of the blade that displays the charge of the blade. Only one edge of the sword emits energy; the other side is a blue/grey stock, with a slightly bluer version near the handle that encases the ring the shoulder blade and the black grip handle.
Tips & tricks
• The Laser Sword deals more damage when it's at full charge. • The Laser Sword can deal damage to crowds of enemies that are close by at full charge, which makes it semi-useful at crowd control. • The Laser Sword, along with the Laser Cannon and Raygun are the only three weapons that interact with the Charge Bar.
Trivia
• The Laser Sword is the only Melee Weapon to interact with the Alien Charge. • It is also the only Alien Tech weapon that is still able to deal damage while Alien Tech overheats, however its damage is very pitiful dealing less than Chainsaw. • The Laser Sword is the only Alien Tech that you can't get from using a specific class. It is only found in Alien Chests or Crashed UFO's.
How to get it
Scavenge it from the forest, loot cultist camps, or craft it at camp.
