Appearance
The Riot Shield is a large black riot shield with gray edges. In the center there is a glass viewport with a metal holder. On the front of the shield the word "POLICE" can be seen in yellow and with a yellow border.
Tips and Tricks
The riot shield can be used to mitigate damage in situations where damage is unavoidable. These include falling into traps and getting chased by the deer without flashlight battery Since the riot shield doesn't mitigate all damage, it's usually easier to just avoid these situations You cannot attack with any weapon while holding a riot shield, so holding it for extended periods of time is unproductive. Riot shields can be used for blocking damage while charging towards an enemy before switching to a melee weapon once the enemy's attack is on cooldown If you don't use the riot shield often, its best to put it into your backpack so it doesn't use a hot bar slot
