Appearance
Slime appears as a mass of bright green substance, irregular in shape and spread across the ground, resembling a puddle of thick gel. Its surface is moist, viscous, and reflective, with an intense neon green color that stands out in the light. It has soft, undulating edges, giving it the appearance of a living, malleable substance, with various rounded protrusions and small slime bubbles scattered across its surface. Transparent greenish bubbles float around it.
Strategies
It is dropped by patients randomly when walking to their rooms or while laying in bed. When dropped, it slows the patient down until they escape its range, and will slow the player down if stepped in. To get rid of it, you can go up to it and hold its interaction button until it disappears. You can also use the Fire Extinguisher or cough syrup on it to make it disappear more quickly. Slime will eventually disappear on its own, though the exact amount of time needed for this is unknown.
