The Medical Wing contains Rooms 1–5. Patients here undergo DNA analysis and diagnosis before staff apply the treatments displayed in the room.

Appearance
The left wall has two folding chairs, Room 1, the hydration treatments, anti-inflammatory treatments, integumentary remedies, and Room 3. On the front wall, there is a green recycling bin next to Room 5. The right wall has Room 4, the syrup treatments, a green recycling bin, the medical treatments, Room 2, and two more folding chairs. There are two lights in this wing.
Trivia
• In Room 2, players used to be able to noclip out of the hospital through a set of chairs, but this was fixed in the newest version by moving the chairs back.
