The Lobby is where players spawn when entering Animal Hospital.
Classes
This is done by approaching a truck to the left of the Lobby that has the text "Classes" in front of it or clicking the "Classes" button on the left of the screen.. Classes, and their Skins, can be bought for Animal Coins.
Patch history
You can see an Anomaly version of Dr. Harlow in one of the windows of the Animal Hospital exterior. His head turns to stare at your camera as you move. The Lobby Bunny and The Lobby Cat can be found and interacted with only in the Lobby. There are 2 signs in the Lobby showing the amount of patients you have treated and your highest shift.
