=== Exterior === The Reception Office is located between the Lobby and the hospital wings. Two check-in windows face the lobby, each fitted with metal shutters displaying the text "OUT OF SERVICE" in red. The shutters are controlled by a red button labeled "SHUTTERS," with a nearby sticky note reading "Use shutters to reject people." The office is accessed from the hallway through a wooden door with a glass window.
