History
Animal Hospital is owned by Animal Corporation, an unknown megacorporation mentioned to the player(s) by Ron from Accounting and Dr. Harlow. According to Ron, the company hides the hospital's patient discharge logs from the public, presumably to prevent liability and illicit violations. The company also works with Dr. Harlow in conducting some sort of research at the hospital, which he claims was "very important," and that "sacrifices have to be made," adding that he "might be one of them." He warns the player(s) that the corporation's plans for the research will affect all animals.
