The Lei can be obtained after defeating the Kilo Admiral, who is located at Great Tree.
Buffs
The Lei grants the user 50% increased Health regeneration.
Patch history
The Lei is the highest health regeneration accessory in the game. The Lei can be useful when paired with other recovery moves, or with Buddha, giving the user extra health regeneration on top of the damage reduction. The Lei is powerful if paired with other regeneration abilities, such as Phoenix's, Angel's Heavenly Blood, and it can also stack with Ghoul to increase regeneration speed. The Lei is the one of the only accessories that provides a single buff, alongside the Swordsman Hat and the Tomoe Ring. The Lei is one of the two necklaces in the game, along with the Shark Tooth Necklace.
