RIP AND TEAR with the ERADICATOR, a sinister and powerful sword that runs on argent energy. It was initially introduced during the V4.8.1-WHY update on April 1st, 2021, later in the V1.6.6 "[CONTENT DELETED]" update on April 1st, 2023, and once again on October 28th, 2023, during the V2.1.3 Hallows update. In V4.8.1-WHY, players could purchase the ERADICATOR for a hefty sum of $99,999, with no level requirement. In the V1.6.6 update, the ERADICATOR became available for the price of $1 however needed to be unlocked, which costed $2,000,000. Furthermore, once obtained, the ERADICATOR could not be dropped. In V2.1.3-H, the ERADICATOR is available entirely for free, however a player must be sacrificed to the COPE Statue in order to obtain it and is only useable for 5 minutes. Shortly after the 2023 April Fools, update, the ERADICATOR was "removed" from the armory, rendering it unobtainable, regardless of whether players had spent the $2,000,000 to unlock it. Following this "removal," the unlock price was increased to a staggering $100,000,000. A few days later, the ERADICATOR was completely removed from the armories. During the V2.1.3 HALLOWS 2023, the ERADICATOR was once again obtainable but now through sacrifice of a downed player to the COPE Statue. This will spawn an ERADICATOR on the podium, able to be picked up by anyone. The person who picks it up will have all of their items replaced by the ERADICATOR (not including fists), be granted 200 maximum health, hidden armor, improved stamina regeneration, and a new appearance; BRUHMAN.

Usage & Tactics

The ERADICATOR indeed carries immense power and influence within the game. Owning this weapon makes players a prime target for other players, as its presence becomes known throughout the server. To counteract this, it is advisable for players to invest in the strongest armor available and carry ample healing products. This provides a higher level of defense, crucial for surviving the attention and retaliation that comes with wielding the ERADICATOR. With its ability to eliminate opponents in a single hit, the ERADICATOR becomes a fearsome force on the battlefield. Sneaking up on enemies may not be the most effective strategy, as the distinct sound and terrifying presence of the weapon make it immediately recognizable and alarming to others. The ERADICATOR's swing is a highly menacing sound to hear behind you in the game, amplifying the fear factor it carries. The ERADICATOR excels in close-quarters combat (CQC) situations, as expected due to its devastating power. Its low stamina cost per swing (5 stamina) and the significant increase in movement speed while equipped allow players to initiate swings from a distance and still successfully land hits on their targets. This increased mobility enhances the weapon's overall effectiveness in combat scenarios. One of the most notable aspects of the ERADICATOR is its ability to bypass all forms of armor, including the Slayer's Armor, which is typically highly protective. This means that even well-armored opponents can be instantly killed by the ERADICATOR's strikes.

Pros & Cons

Usually an instant-kill. Successfully blocking will deliver a more powerful stun than normal. Ignores armor. Near regular walkspeed while blocking. Blocking consumes less stamina than normal melees. Uses only 5% stamina. Deals 1,001 limb damage per tick. Can break open all registers and safes instantly. Massive range. Can block every melee. Cannot be blocked. Very fast lunge speed. Very long stun time on non killing hits. Can hit 3+ people with 1 swing. Long "active" swing time. Finishing replenishes more HP than normal melees. Massively increases your walkspeed. Takes only 4 inventory slots. Finishing takes 0 stamina. Instantly breaks down doors, refilling stamina. Blocks bullets. Obtainable for free via sacrifice at the COPE Statue. EXTREMELY Expensive Extremely loud activation noise, idle humming sound and bright red glow around you (swag but at what cost). Makes you an immediate target for the server.

Patch history

This weapon is usually admin only, but was added into the shop on the V4.8.1 WHY update/event. Later added to Private Servers+ This weapon was only available for a limited time and was wiped from everyone's inventories 3 days after the update to prevent it from being abused after the april fools update. The explosive effect upon execution would tend to result in friendly deaths rather than enemy deaths if allies were unaware of the finish explosions. The explosion wasn't actually what dealt damage, it was the blade itself colliding with another player while finishing. The finish being able to damage other players was removed in an unknown update sometime after V1.2 The explosion is shared with the [Correct me if im wrong] BRUHBAR, and the GOD_FIST. This is the second public weapon able to block bullets, the first one being the Slayer Sword. The Eradicator deals 1,001 limb damage per tick. The Eradicator was specifically created for GDILIVES in the alpha stages of the game. The name "ERADICATOR" is a possible nod to FURRYERADICATOR9000, which was an alt account used by GDILIVES before its termination. The Eradicator is based on the Crucible from DOOM Eternal, sharing the sounds and appearance. Despite the similarities, the ERADICATOR is more of a pinkish color, while the Crucible is a vibrant red.
