Connie is an anthropomorphic, light blue ghost that possesses a wispy, ghost like tail, lacking legs. A white visor rests atop of her head. Her hair is a darker shade of blue, it contains 2 parts of her bangs pointing outwards and two strands underneath to frame her face. Connie's hair is long and is just as wispy as her tail. Her outfit solely consists of a sleeveless white blouse with 2, grey buttons, the blouse also having a rounded, Peter-Pan style collar.

Personality

Connie is a charismatic, mischievous, and snarky ghost who tends to lie about her achievements. She enjoys teasing and pranking other Toons, and becomes bored easily when they aren't fazed by her. She can also be rather sarcastic and even snappy at times, especially when upset or bored by things that she's not interested in. Despite that, she is not malicious in nature, and is said to care for close friends like. Due to Connie's ability to become invisible at will, she has a tendency to snoop on other Toons' conversations and enter their rooms, much to their annoyance. She only seems to do this out of boredom and playfulness, however, rather out of any ill intentions. In her interaction with, she seems annoyed and even despises her previous name, Boolynski, and berates him for this. However when the Halloween Toons call her by this name, she is more forgiving towards them, likely due to her closer bond with them, and the fact they still struggle to adjust to her new name. Connie also seems to have a sibling rivalry with her twin brother, evidenced by how in one of their dialogues she says he is "larping as a knight," and how they wish they didn't see each other for a longer period of time. She also seems to think he's too serious, while he doesn't think she's serious enough. Despite this, they don't seem to actually dislike each other, even if they do have a sibling rivalry, as Connie tells that Halloween should last longer. However, it is unknown if they might have an affectionate side for each other.

Requirement Strategies

For the first requirement, focus on picking up Research Capsules and extracting Machines. The Machine and Capsule count increases the further you descend, so you can earn more. For the second requirement, just get close to if she's on a Floor so you can get aggro. Playing as also helps to get Research faster because of his Passive Ability, Detective. This will be easier if Twisted Connie is on the Daily Twisted Board.

Strategies

Connie could be considered the best survivalist Toon in the game, having the highest Stealth in the game alongside an Ability that's quite helpful against escaping dangerous Twisteds. She also has above average Extraction Speed, making her great for those who want to extract more efficiently. However, Connie possesses low mobility Statistics, that being 1 Movement Speed and an average Stamina capacity, along with below average Skill Check, needing some skill to play her safely. Connie's lowest Stat, being Movement Speed, is something that should be mitigated in a way or another, as by herself, she cannot outrun most Twisteds in the game. For that reason alone, keeping Movement Speed Items like or in your inventory, using Trinkets such as, and getting speed boosts from support Toons is a few of the the things you could do in order to make her better to move around more easily. Focusing on her main Ability, one can see it's potential in helping the player out of sticky situations, such as being chased by a Twisted that Connie can't out-run (eg. or ). Her Ability is, in a way, an infinite source of, having a somewhat short cooldown with a short duration. Though great on the surface, some issues may arise from it, as it does not work on Ranged or Twisteds, so instead of using her Ability on them, hiding or avoiding being seen by any of those in the aforementioned categories can save you a life. However, Connie is more than her Ability.

Connie is the first Toon to publicly be known to have been delayed due to a major scandal at BlushCrunch Studio, thus forming a gap in the development team. She is also the first Toon to be remodeled for that same reason. Connie is the only Toon to not have legs; she has a ghost-like tail. Connie shares some similarities with. They have one Event Toon sibling ( and, respectively). They also float, though only when they're Twisted. Their mouths cannot be seen, although in Soulvester's case, it's because his chin guard obscures it. They hover over the ground. This also makes them immune to the Ichor Leaks puddles. They have 2 Skill Check. Their Abilities aid in surviving. It is implied that both of their favorite colors are their main colors/speech bubbles' colors. This is seen in one of their interactions with each other. Connie is the only Toon to have a publicly known scrapped render. Similar to, and, she was originally a personal OC of Qwel's, being based on. Connie was first seen back on January 30, 2024, when she was still an Epic Mickey OC. This is likely the reason why her name is not alliterative and not a reference to the object she is inspired by, unlike most of the other Toons. Connie was one of four Toons that was going to release for the 2024 Halloween Event and is the only one that ended up being added to the game. The other Toons that were scrapped and won't be added are Harvey, Countess, and Duke. According to Dandy's gossip, she was originally a Toon, but due to popularity she was brought into the regular series.
