Appearance

Blot is a gray ink blob. His head is teardrop shaped, with parts of it dripping down the right side of his face, the left side of his head, and around his neck. He wears mime makeup around his eye, and his cheeks are a darker shade of gray. He has no visible mouth. He wears a black and white striped shirt and white gloves. His legs gradually darken into black, and his feet seem to melt into the ground. When attacked, he has a forlorn face. He leaves a trail of ink when walking. He has no left eye.

Personality

Despite what his looks might entail, Blot is actually quite a silly, funny, witty, and decently friendly mime-like Toon that is featured in the Circus Troupe, including his friends and, as it is hinted by his walking and running animations, along with his dialogues. He's only capable of speaking backwards. He often uses this quirk of his to quip with the other Toons, whether it's to make fun of them without them knowing and making sarcastic remarks (even being seen talking in the third person when referring to Toons he's actively interacting with), or to simply toy with their understanding of what he's actually saying, showing his silly side. Sometimes this does backfire when said Toons shut down these quips by questioning him. Even so, he still shows a degree of concern and empathy towards Toons that he thinks are not doing well, and tries his best to cheer them up, as seen in his interactions with and. As he is a mime, he seems to love. Alongside his cheerful personality, he also seems to demonstrate a more mature and cynical side. He seems to thoroughly dislike extracting and runs in general, as shown in his "finishing extraction" lines, "descending to the next floor" lines, and some of his interactions. His dislike of extracting might reflect on his poor extraction stats. He appears to want to keep close tabs on his troupe, as hinted at by his interactions with, Looey, and Yatta.

Requirement Strategies

For the first requirement, focus on picking up Research Capsules and extracting Machines. The Machine and Capsule count increases the further you descend, so you can earn more. For the second and third requirements, try completing and 's Masteries by going on multiple runs, doing what each quest tells you to do, It is recommended that you go on an organized Run, so you can go further and complete more progress on each quest.

Strategies

Due to his poor Extraction stats, Blot is best utilized as a Distractor due to his high mobility, having 4 Movement Speed and 5 Star Stamina. However, he can also be proficient in the Support and Survivalist category due to his unique Active Ability, which can potentially even save you or your teammates from death if used correctly. In general, Blot can be a pretty good Distractor/Support/Survivalist, with his only main downsides being his 1 Star Skill Check and 2 Star Extraction Speed. Blot's main specialty is his Ability. Blot Jr. is a decoy that diverts Twisteds attention on activation. This also takes aggro off of other Toons, even, as Blot Jr. has an astoundingly low -999 Stealth. This can basically be used as a "stun" tool, since when Blot Jr. is killed by a Twisted, that Twisted's attack waiting time will apply as if it attacked a regular Toon, giving you time to run away. Do note that if a or Twisted kills Blot Jr., their attack sound plays. Be sure to tell your teammates that it was your decoy, and not an actual Toon, as this can temporarily cause panic. It should also be noted that, if you have multiple Twisteds chasing you and activate Blot Jr., they will all start going toward the decoy, but their attention will immediately divert back to you; only the Twisted who attacked Blot Jr. will be "stunned." It's recommended to get a decently large distance away, then activate Blot Jr. and go around a corner of an island nearby. It is advised not to use Blot Jr.

Blot is part of a Three Toon Circus Act known as the Circus Troupe, with his role being that of a mime. The other two members are (a clown) and (an acrobat). Blot seems to be the calmest and the responsible member with helping Looey find his juggling pins, as seen in their interaction and Blot telling that Yatta and Looey need him. Blot was first officially mentioned in v0.7.1 during an interaction between Yatta and. He's also briefly mentioned in an interaction between Looey and. Blot's earliest hint dates back to December 7, 2024, when Qwel reacted to someone asking about if the Circus Troupe includes a mime. Blot is Qwel's favorite Circus Troupe Toon design. Blot is the third Toon to get released by himself, with the first being, the second being Yatta, and the fourth being Squirm. Blot is the third Toon to feature two different idle animations, with the first being Glisten, and the second being. Yatta and could count, though their other animation goes too fast for it to maybe be counted as a separate animation. Blot leaves a trail of ink when he moves. He is currently the only Toon to have a trail in their default Skin. The trail itself is similar to the Ichor trails left by some Twisteds and. Blot is the sixth non Main Character Toon to have a 5 in a Stat, with the first being, the second being Glisten, the third being Gigi, the fourth being, the fifth being Yatta, and the seventh being.
