Appearance

Twisted Toodles' head is a dark gray 8-ball. She has a white spot on her forehead with a gray number "8" which is vastly covered in Ichor. The top of her head is broken and dripping, revealing a mass of internal Ichor. She has black, messy blush beneath her eyes, and similar to her Toon counterpart, she wears a white, sleeveless dress that has a gray hood and two black drawstrings hanging from it. She has an unsettlingly large, fanged grin on her face along with a black shadow between her eyes, and Ichor drips from her mouth. Her right hand and her legs are covered and stained with Ichor. She becomes more unhinged with her pupils getting smaller and her left eye twitching when spotting a Toon.

Strategies

Twisted Toodles is a roaming Twisted that possesses no mechanics. Reflecting her Toon counterpart's young age, her attention span is short, and she can easily lose track of a Toon. However, she is the seventh fastest Twisted in the game (sharing her spot with ) and easily one of the biggest threats on any Floor except Dyle's Floor. Making three sharp turns normally shakes her off your trail due to her low attention, so use that to your advantage. If you are a 3 Star Movement Speed or above Toon, losing her is not that hard as her low attention span will make you lose sight of her if hiding behind a box or anything that obstructs line of sight. Moreover, her fast speed can be outran by more than 5 units with those Toons, giving ample distance to hide. 1 Star Movement Speed Toons on the other hand may struggle with escaping her, especially due to Twisted Toodles' chasing speed, which is the exact same as their run speed. Due to this, call out Twisted Toodles if she is loose and if your team has a, or. To ease the struggles, using Trinkets like and Speedy Shoes may be helpful on outrunning Twisted Toodles. If you plan to distract her, losing her line of sight is barely a problem with her speed. Though distracting with 4 Movement Speed can still be tricky even with and, as you are just slightly faster than her. Using is a great choice to continue distracting steadily, even in Panic Mode.
