Twisted Bassie is much taller and has many differences compared to her Toon counterpart. The flowers and leaves in her head appear to look as if they were trampled and are stained with Ichor, which drips down over her face and the handles of her basket. Her legs are replaced with roots made of Ichor, and there's flowers sprouting from her right shoulder, from which a long, vine-like, clawed arm made of Ichor that replaces her right arm. Twisted Bassie has a unique mechanic where there are specific points on the map where she spawns six flower traps. When walking into or near these flowers, the player will be applied with the and Debuffs, decreasing Walk Speed by 50% and Stamina regeneration by 50%. Additionally, when spotting a Toon, Twisted Bassie will freeze and spawn a long vine towards you. At first, they deal, but after around 3 seconds, large spikes will shoot out, dealing 1 of damage to anyone on them. Then, they will recede, which results in Twisted Bassie locking onto the Toon she had spotted previously, regardless of Stealth, with a heightened attention span.

- Spawns six flowers around the floor to apply and to Toons. Also spawns vines toward the player when spotting them that deal and later 1 if stepped on. Her vine ability has a cooldown of roughly 30 seconds.
Appearance

Her legs are replaced with roots made of Ichor, and there's flowers sprouting from her right shoulder, from which a long, vine-like, clawed arm made of Ichor that replaces her right arm. Her eyes now have red sclerae, black irises, and tiny red pupils, and in between those, there is a purpleish brown shadow. The iris in her left eye is much larger than the one in her right eye. Her expression is possibly pained with the left side of her face being possibly paralysed. The left side of her face has an expression that seems tired or depressed/upset, while the right side of her face has a crazed, restless, and likely pained expression. She is also crying Ichor out of her right eye, some coming out of her mouth and there are some covering her neck. During a chase or upon hearing a failed Skill Check, her expression becomes manic and excited, and her left eye closes.
Strategies
Twisted Bassie is basically a fusion of, and Ichor Leak fusion, by slowing a Toon upon sight, spawning a damage-causing projectile onto the floor that always shoots towards a Toon, and spawning small patches of flowers around the Floor that cause slowness and hinder Stamina regeneration. Lower Movement Speed Toons, such as, and, may have a hard time traversing and an even harder time escaping her due to their already abysmal 1 Movement Speed. Make sure to be aware of where each flower trap is placed, avoid those places while in a chase, and be wary of Twisted Bassie's location to not get hit by her vines. Avoiding the flowers she puts is usually easy by noting down any unobstructed islands that are close to you and being wary of their location. Additionally, speed Items like or can help you pass though them easier. However, you may want to save them if you have faster Twisteds with you like or enraged. If you are being chased by them, try avoiding the flowers if you can. If a flower blocks off a pathway to/spawns on something important, like a Machine or healing Item, you should try making sure most of the harder Twisteds are farther away so you can do the Machine or take the Item without getting spotted, getting stuck, and getting hit. Also, you can, again, have speed Items so if a Twisted manages to stat chasing you, you can sprint out without getting slowed by her flowers. However, Twisted Bassie's vines are much harder to deal with.
Patch history
Her flowers blocked Twisteds' vision (unless they're inside it). A similar thing happened to Ichor Leaks, where a puddle would be able to protect you from Twisteds. However, this was fixed for Ichor Leaks, and then it happened eventually in v0.17. Twisted Bassie is guaranteed to spawn on Floors that are multiples of 20 during the Easter Event, making her Research easier to obtain, similar to and during their respective events. Twisted Bassie produces bird/ghost-like creature noises; sounding a bit like a cross between a pigeon and wind going through branches. Twisted Bassie is the first Twisted whose face reflects two expressions at the same time. She appears to be half conscious, since half of her face is sad while the other has a crazed expression, similarly to. Twisted Cocoa & Twisted Bassie both have half-closed or damaged eyes on the same sides of their face, being the right side. She is the second Main Character Twisted (and Twisted in general) to have their mechanic to spawn traps, with the first being. Additionally, Twisted Bassie is the only Main Character Twisted to spawn two, one of them being the flowers she passively spawns, and the other being the vines she spawns when she sees a Toon. She is the fourth Main Character Twisted to not directly inflict any Debuffs on Toons, with the first being, the second being Twisted Sprout, and the third being Twisted Bobette. Twisted Bassie's flowers apply the & Debuffs, while her vines apply, however, it is not Twisted Bassie herself who applies these Debuffs.
