Appearance

Though similar to her Toon counterpart, she has some differences; her ears are now bent and contorted, with the left one stained with Ichor. Her expression shows anger or irritation, her overall color scheme is slightly desaturated, and her eyes now have red whites, black irises, and red pupils. She also has a chocolate brown shadow above her chocolate drizzle in between her eyes. Her left eye is disfigured with Ichor and partially closed, and all her limbs are covered in Ichor. During a chase or upon hearing a failed Skill Check, her expression changes to a malicious smile, and her pupils dilate.

Strategies

Twisted Cocoa may act like a faster, but her jumping mechanic completely changes how you avoid her. In terms of speed, the only Toons Twisted Cocoa can outrun (without Movement Speed Trinkets) are, (on even numbered floors), and due to their 1 Movement Speed, leaving them with 20 Run Speed units. To counter this, however, Movement Speed Trinkets like or might improve your chances by a large factor. However, when it comes to other Toons, Twisted Cocoa can NOT be outwalked, meaning you will have to rely on running, though two exceptions include 1 and in a Blackout, both who have the same speed as her chasing speed as long as they don't turn too many corners without sprinting. When you are being chased by her, you should try to get far away, as her short attention span can make her easier to lose, especially if you hide behind a obstacle with distance from her, even if it can be jumped over. However, if the map is not that large or there are other dangerous Twisteds you don't want to run into, try going through multiple rooms with high walls to hide or loop her, as Twisted Cocoa cannot get through walls. Avoid using smaller islands to loop her away, as she can jump over them. If you are distracting her, kiting is no issue, but if you are using an island, you have to be wary, as if you turn, Twisted Cocoa could get stunned in an attempt to jump over the island, which could temporarily block your looping path, or jump ahead of you, making you either get hit or need to swerve away from her, something that could be detrimental if you have a ranged Twisted like with you.

Patch history

Unlike her Toon counterpart, her running animation features her hopping. Twisted Cocoa's left eye is open, regardless of whether she is blinking or not. This is likely due to the Ichor stain resulting in weakened muscles. Twisted Cocoa & both have half-closed or damaged eyes on the same sides of their face, being the right side. Twisted Cocoa used to be the only Twisted to lack an ability, until the 2026 Easter Event came, which let her hop over obstacles now. When the Easter Event first released, Twisted Cocoa was erroneously named "Cocoa Monster" in the Twisted Research menu. This was shortly fixed later on. This may have been an accidental name transfer within the code, given that all Twisteds' files are titled with "Monster" following their name. If this is the case, it's unknown how this had moved locations, as the aforementioned file name is typically exclusive to the main game, and not the lobby containing the menu. Twisted Cocoa is the fifth fastest Twisted, the first being at his fastest speed, the second being, the third being &, and the fourth being &. Twisted Cocoa is the fastest Rare Event Twisted if not counting Twisted Coal, whose speed is situational. The buff Twisted Cocoa received in the 2026 Easter Event was likely based off a glitch where could climb over obstacles due to his updated hitbox when he was optimized. Before the 2025 Halloween Event, Qwel confirmed she was working on a Twisted that can climb over obstacles. As revealed in Wilting, Twisted Bassie was most likely the reason Cocoa turned into a Twisted.
