Twisted Coal is significantly different when compared to her Toon counterpart and looks somewhat identical to. She has a pair of bulky Ichor legs with black feet and dark gray claws. Her head is connected with a thick line of Ichor, and her head has two black, jagged ears. Her head looks similar to a rat's head, except that she has canine-like teeth in the front of her mouth.
