Twisted Blot has a lot of differences to his Toon counterpart. His general color is darker and his makeup is smeared. The sclera of his eye is now red, and the iris is black, with a black shadow on his face. His pupil is made up of a red, distorted ring surrounding a red blob shape. Twisted Blot is a stationary Twisted, meaning he will not move, similar to and. He will reach into the ground and cause giant Ichor arms to appear on the map, and he will control them whenever his eye is open. The arms will attempt to attack Toons that get too close. After some time, the arms will despawn and Twisted Blot will rest and lift out his hands for about ten seconds, before spawning them again in a different location. Unlike Twisted Razzle & Dazzle and Twisted Rodger, his attack is not conditionally activated, and his arms will attack as long as a target is in range. This Twisted can also be a threat to new players, as when approaching close, his hands will try and lure players with a hand gesture signaling the player to come closer, and could make them think that there is a prize or a buff of some kind, but most new players will not fall for this, since it's apparent that the hands pose a hazard.

Strategies
Twisted Blot himself is passive; he will sit on the floor, stationary, occasionally waking up to move the placements of his two Ichor arms. Getting close to his main body doesn't harm you, but unlike, even when he is awake, you won't gain Research, or Event Currencies by being close to him. Even though Twisted Blot himself is harmless, the arms he spawns are aggressive and getting too close to either of them will result in the hand attempting to hit you, resulting in a of damage if successful. Twisted Blot's hands can be dodged, but you have to be quick about it. They have a windup period before they attempt to strike, so use that little time to exit the range of the hand. Sticking to the edge of the hand's range may make this easier to accomplish. Both hands have a somewhat short range, so they should be easy enough to escape. Do note that Twisted Blot could summon either of his hands right on top of his main body, so it is not a good idea to afk near his main body. After triggering Twisted Blot's Ichor hand to slam down, it will be stunned for about 1 second, allowing you to walk past it without getting hit. If a Blot hand is in the process of attacking but changes location in the middle, you will not take damage. Encounter Research, Tapes, and Events' Currencies are granted by Twisted Blot's hands. Remember that to get the 5% encounter Research and Tapes, you may have to risk getting hit by the hand to gain it.

Twisted Blot is the third Twisted to sit in their animations, with the first being, the second being, and the fourth being. However, Twisted Blot is the only one to always sit, as Twisted Razzle & Dazzle stand up when they are triggered, Twisted Yatta stops sitting when she is chasing someone, and Twisted Gourdy stands when he gets enraged. Twisted Blot's Research Capsules originally spelt his name as "Blott". This has been fixed, and his name is now spelt correctly on his Capsules. This is the second time a Research Capsule called a Twisted a different name other than their actual name, with the first being with Twisted Razzle & Dazzle (that calls them RazzleDazzle). Twisted Blot is the second Twisted to have uniquely shaped pupils, with the first being, the third being, and the fourth being. In his case, the pupil is the same pattern as Blot Jr.'s eye drawing. Out of these, he and Squirm are the only ones to not have star-shaped pupils. Twisted Blot is the second stationary Twisted, with the first being Twisted Razzle & Dazzle and and the third being Twisted Squirm. Due to this, they all have unique walking and running animations in Roleplay Mode. For Blot and Razzle and Dazzle, these animations are nearly the same as their Toon counterparts'. Twisted Gourdy could also count, although he is only stationary in his passive state.
