Mechanic

If a Toon runs within the dark red ribbon circle around them, their hostile state will activate. Upon spotting a Toon, they will cause vines to shoot up from the ground underneath the Toon, stabbing at their feet and causing one Heart's worth of damage. If 15 seconds pass without a Toon entering their circle during their hostile state, they will return to their idle position.

Appearance

Twisted Razzle & Dazzle have each of their heads cut in half with Ichor in the middle when in an idle/sleeping state. Twisted Razzle has a mischievous grin with sharp teeth with a red shadow on his face while Twisted Dazzle has a sad frown with a blue shadow in his face similar to their Toon counterpart. Twisted Dazzle's eye is also slightly different than Twisted Razzle's. Both eyes have a red pupil, and a black iris, except Twisted Dazzle has a black dot in the middle of the red pupil. Their scarf-like neck is tied to a gray colored weight, and their hands are covered with Ichor. They can still stand, and use Ichor-stained ribbons that appear from under the ground to attack players within their ribbon circle (similar to vines). Their passive appearance is similar to their hostile one, however their faces are put together, and their eyes and lips are closed. They are also in a fetal position. Upon attacking a Toon, Twisted Razzle's face becomes more malicious while Twisted Dazzle closes his eye and features a squirming expression whilst crying Ichor, as if he is in pain.

Mechanic

Twisted Razzle & Dazzle are a Twisted that can appear on a random place of the map with a circle of vine-like ribbons. They can be harmless, and you can even stand in their line of sight. They will not attack you as long as you are careful and do not run. If you or another Toon sprint in their circle, they will become hostile and shoot ribbons at the Toon from below, dealing 1 worth of damage. While in their circle, regardless of the Toon's speed, they can still attack if previously aggravated. If a Toon doesn't run in their circle for 15 seconds, they will return to their idle state. If you are in the circle but are hiding behind anything that blocks their Line of Sight, then Twisted Razzle & Dazzle won't detect you and you won't take damage.

Strategies

Twisted Razzle & Dazzle are not a problem as long as sprinting isn't needed and their placement is not on the way of other things (e.g. Machines, distracting spots, and such others). Given that they're not activated with the use of, 's Active Ability, or any similar sound alerting cues, dealing with them truly is just about being careful on where you're sprinting. Distracting when Twisted Razzle & Dazzle on your way is one of the main threats they pose, as distracting Twisteds like and could be pretty dangerous, as they require sprinting to distract with ease. For that reason, try to find other spots to distract that aren't around Twisted Razzle & Dazzle, or try to avoid them as best as you can. Extracting Machines while around Twisted Razzle & Dazzle is another issue that can be easily solved. One way you can stay safe while extracting near Twisted Razzle & Dazzle is by occasionally checking your surroundings (if no distractors are present or if your current distractor has the same or lower Stealth than your Toon) and alerting other players that you're in their circle so that they don't unintentionally harm you by running in it. Some Toons are great for dealing with Twisted Razzle & Dazzle or avoid being killed by them, such being listed below: Her Active Ability, allows her to disappear from any Twisted's line of sight (save for ), meaning that if she uses her Ability whilst in their circle on time or if she runs in it while her Ability is active, she won't be attacked nor activate them. Reflecting their Toon counterpart's Passive Ability, Twisted Razzle & Dazzle alternate between two states. This makes them the first Twisteds to have two states, being their hostile and non-hostile state, along with (Capsule and Twisted form), with the second being (passive and enraged state), the third being (not possessing and possessing Machine), the fourth being (in non-Blackout and in Blackout Floors), and the fifth being (passive and enraged state). Twisted Razzle & Dazzle and Twisted Rodger share a lot of similarities. If not considering "Dazzle", both their names start with R. They were released in the same update: the game's launch. They are both Twisteds. They both have two states. They both need to be activated by a Toon in order to attack. They are both male. They are both stationary Twisteds. Due to this, they both have unique walking and running animations in Roleplay Mode. These animations are the same as their Toon counterparts'. Both their Toon counterparts have 3 Skill Check, Stamina, and Stealth. They both have potential ranged attacks. These attacks can't be blocked by. Twisted Razzle & Dazzle are the first Twisteds with a potential ranged attack, along with, Twisted Rodger, and, with the second being, the third being, and the fourth being.
