Appearance
Twisted Boxten is nearly identical to his Toon counterpart, similar to other Twisteds in the tier. He has little changes to his model, though some differences include his feet being stained with Ichor, his sclera being an orangish-red color with black irises and smaller red pupils, with a dark purple blush between his eyes, his mouth being stretched out into a sharp-toothed grin, and perhaps the most notable contrast, his lid being unlocked and open, dripping Ichor and sporting two extra arms, which he uses to attack Toons. He also has a broken clip that used to attach his lid and head to it, keeping it closed. Upon spotting a Toon, his pupils become shrunken and his smile turns open.
Strategies
Twisted Boxten is a roaming Twisted, and has no abilities to aid him, according to his Twisted Research. Reflecting his Toon counterpart's average Stats, his speed, detection range, and attention span are all average. You should try to get out of his line of sight if he spots you, so attempt to preserve 40-70 Stamina to outrun Twisted Boxten; especially on later Floors, where you get chased constantly. Running out of Stamina will make you vulnerable to Twisted Boxten and may drop the final curtain on your Run. Sprint-tapping might help if you have little to no Stamina, as it allows you to cover some ground from him, and lets your Stamina regenerate a little bit as well. Because Twisted Boxten is one of the Twisteds that are exactly the same to and, you will see them a lot and learn how to deal with them fairly quickly. However, be aware of your surroundings; he can easily sneak up on you thanks to his lack of audio cues and darker color palette, making him harder to spot on Blackouts. It should also be noted his hitbox is a bit large, due to him leaning forward in chase and the hands in his box, reaching out in a similar fashion to.

Twisted Boxten, and the Event Twisteds share some similarities. They are all Common. They are acknowledged by their Research descriptions to be some of the most common encounters. They have average stats. Their Toon counterparts also have average Stats, fairly simple Abilities, and are very common in public servers due to their easy requirements. Twisted Boxten has two extra arms made of Ichor that come out of his head. He uses these to attack players, similar to 's Ichor claw. His arms are smaller than Twisted Gigi's and lack the claws, being just regular Toon hands. Twisted Boxten's winding key spins around when he chases a Toon due to him being focused on them, like when his Toon counterpart extracts a Machine and in his interactions with and. Because of how texture sheets work, Twisted Boxten has a texture error, with Ichor leaking out of the back of the bottom of his head. This is likely unintentional. Twisted Boxten is the first Twisted to have Ichor shown inside of his head, along with and, with the second being and, the third being and, the fourth being Twisted Gigi, the fifth being, the sixth being, and the seventh being. could also count, though it's not clear if the Ichor is coming from out of her head, or if it's just on top of the bite mark.
